the effect of innovation strategies in organizational entrepreneurship development: moderating effect of organizational learning capacity

today, organizations that increasingly involved with dynamic environment and change must predict future changes in order to survive and succeed in a competitive world. the aim of this article was survey of the effect of innovation strategies on organizational entrepreneurship development with emphasis on organizational learning capacity in lorestan industrial estates. the research objective was applied and the research type was analytical survey. the statistical population was made up of over of firms and factory that work in lorestan industrial estates. people the sample size was 140 cases which were obtained using random sampling - stratification. the validity of questionnaire was proved using content validity method and their reliability using cronbach's alpha. for data collection standard questionnaire were used. in this article to test hypothesis and conceptual model structural equation approach and amos 18 software were used. the results show that innovation strategy has effect on entrepreneurship development and organizational learning capacity in lorestan industrial estates. also the results show that firms and organization could with using innovation strategies through organizational learning capacity improve organizational entrepreneurship development.
